We hope you enjoy every beer you receive from us. However, we know that things don’t always go to plan. Here’s how our returns and refunds work.

Can I return my beer?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of beer unless:

  • The items are damageddefective, or incorrect.
  • The product is past its best before date on arrival.
  • Your order was not delivered.

Under UK law, alcohol is a perishable item and is exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period that applies to many online purchases.

 Refunds & Replacements

If you received:

  • Damaged cans
  • Wrong products
  • Spoiled or expired items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement within 7 working days.

Returns (if applicable)

In very rare cases where a return is approved (e.g. unopened product mistakenly sent), items must be:

  • Unopened and sealed
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Other Important Notes

  • You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol from our store.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items show signs of tampering or misuse.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or age verification failure, shipping costs may be non-refundable.
